For a limited time, Veluna is offering free shipping on eligible orders. When the promotion is active, the applicable shipping discount will be reflected during checkout.

Direct Fulfillment Notice
Some products are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners or suppliers.
After you place an order, the product is sent to the supplier for processing and fulfillment.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Once your order has been successfully placed, it is prepared for processing and fulfillment.
For products fulfilled by our manufacturing partners or suppliers, your order information is sent to the relevant fulfillment partner so the product can be prepared and shipped to your delivery address.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple products, they may occasionally be fulfilled from different locations.
This means items from the same order may arrive separately or at slightly different times. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because an order is delivered in multiple packages.
Order Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has been processed and shipped.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after shipment information has been created.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please carefully review your name, street address, apartment or unit number, postal code and other delivery information before completing checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or shipment.
